About the role
The People Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with full employee lifecycle processes.

This position will serve as a critical member of the Employee Experience Team.

Desired skills & experience 
6 years of HR experience preferred (with an interest in expanding the overall knowledge base in HR).
Strong communication and organizational skills to prioritize deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Great team player skills balanced with the ability to work independently (help the team achieve goals and deliverables).
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills with the ability to use formulas, etc.
Very good labor law knowledge and interest in keeping abreast of trends and updates in the HR industry.
Experience with modern HR systems and tools.
Good track of experience in benefits and compensation area.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter.
Working experience in an IT environment.
Excellent English skills.

You’ll be responsible for 
Preparation of data for remuneration.
Handling current matters related to employment, including employment contracts, contract annexes, holidays, medical examinations, training, etc.
Administration of Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
Ongoing support for Managers and Employees in compensation, benefits and payroll chalenges.
Working closely with departments (Employee Experience, Finance, Administration, Employer Branding) daily to ensure process efficiency and information accuracy.
Utilizing our technology to assist with payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and much more!
Implementation of projects and changes aimed at streamlining and optimizing ongoing processes.
Monitoring market trends in the field of remuneration policy and preparing forecasts as well as recommending changes for business purposes.
Supporting employees and providing information within the scope of duties.
Proposing improvements and automation in the working field.
Co-organizing employee experience activities.
Building an HR-related knowledge base.
Supporting other functions if needed.
