About the role 
As a Dynatrace Sales Engineer, you’ll be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You’ll be an expert on all solutions offered by Dynatrace. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our growing partner network in executing great demos that show Dynatrace’s unique approach to relieving customer pain, executing and managing POCs, building key relationships with Dynatrace customers, and completing RFIs & RFPs. You’ll work across teams with people from Dynatrace’s innovation labs, Expert Services, Dynatrace ONE, and marketing. 

Desired skills & experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value as business value. 
  • Experience working with Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript languages, and knowledge about web technologies and SQL. 
  • Excellent team player skills, with the ability to work across all disciplines. 
  • Operating system knowledge and experience, including Windows & Linux. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome, and ability to manage the troubleshooting process. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with multiple partners and sales reps, and supporting other SEs where needed. 
  • Strong desire and ability to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and benefit from coaching. 
  • Experience with application performance management technologies and techniques. 
  • Experience with technologies like Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, GCP, and VMWare Tanzu. 
  • Fluency in English and Polish. 

  • You’ll be responsible for
  • Helping clients to evaluate the only Generation 3 APM solution on the market today.  
  • Taking ownership of solution evaluations and POCs in support of sales opportunities either directly or through partners.  
  • Partnering with our local partners to help identify new sales opportunities as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts. 
  • Providing technical leadership in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle. 
  • Maintaining and continuously developing technical knowledge. 
  • Sharing knowledge across the team and continuously developing and enhancing personal and team capabilities. 
  • Providing feedback to Product Management for enhancements needed in the market, and escalating as required to resolve technical issues. 
  • Traveling up to 50% of the time throughout the region. 

  • For this position, we offer a base salary of 16-20k gross per/month + success-based commission.
